These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://gerzedigitalmarketing.com and services provided by Gerze Digital Marketing (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

We provide marketing and automation services that may include CRM setup, lead capture, appointment booking, follow-up automation, and related consulting.

2) No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results (leads, sales, booked appointments, revenue, or ad performance). Results depend on factors outside our control.

3) Payments

- Setup fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Monthly management fees (if applicable) are billed in advance.

4) Refund Policy (Setup Fees)

Setup work is implementation time. Refunds are handled as follows:

- Cancel BEFORE work starts: 100% refund of setup fee.

- Cancel AFTER work starts but BEFORE delivery: refund = setup fee minus hours worked at $75/hour.

- After delivery/handoff: no refund of setup fee.

Monthly management fees:

- Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

- You may cancel future months with 7 days written notice.

5) Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you opt in to receive texts:

- You may receive messages related to your request or appointment scheduling.

- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

- Message and data rates may apply.

- Consent is not a condition of purchase.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 30 days.

7) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado.
